International Projects

DGP has recently undertaken work on a consultancy basis for the Egyptian Resorts Company (ERC), relating to its major resort community project at Sahl Hasheesh on the Red Sea, Egypt. Projects have included:

- Development of a town planning and approvals framework.

- Independent Review of Master Plan proposals.

- Assessment of Resort Development Proposals.

Recently, our Principal Darren Gibson was seconded to the ERC on a contract basis for 18 months to oversee the development of the master plan, as well as the management of community planning, approvals and infrastructure planning functions of the company.
