Our Principal Darren Gibson has recently been seconded to the Egyptian Resorts Company to oversee the development of a master plan for the Sahl Hasheesh International Resort Community project on the Red Sea, Egypt.

Darren has until recently been responsible for the development of a structure plan, masterplan(s) and development applications for the extensive urban release area of West Kingscliff, a project in which DGP retains an ongoing role.

Darren and Senior Consultant, Kellie Shapland have also previously been involved in the completion of a rezoning study and structure plan for a multipurpose residential, educational, tourist and agricultural development (Tanglewood Property) near Cabarita, Tweed Shire.

Kellie Shapland has also prepared master plans under State Environmental Planning Policy No.71 - Coastal Protection.

Gavin Johnson a Senior Planner with our current Management Consultant Conics, has considerable private sector master planning and project management experience from his time with Delfin Lend Lease, one of Australia's leading community developers.
